the camp
The camp has two tiers of accommodation in Masai Mara split into Entumoto Main and Entumoto Toto. All the tents are made of a multilayered canvas, are custom designed and set a hundred meters apart from each other for your privacy.
Most guests staying in Entumoto Main stay on an all inclusive basis, including all meals, drinks, game drives and other activities. Many guests in Entumoto Toto come by road with their own vehicles and driver guides and normally stay on a full board basis - which includes all meals but the activities come at an extra cost.
There is also the choice to book our mobile camp for part of the trip, which is a wild and wonderful experience.
Entumoto Main camp
Entumoto Main is a luxurious tented camp in the Masai Mara National Reserve. It has 4 family tents and 5 double en-suite tents, all of which are spacious and comfortable. The family tents include two double or twin rooms, two bathrooms, and a central lounge with a fireplace.
Each tent has its own veranda where you can enjoy an early morning coffee, a relaxing afternoon on the sofas, or a sundowner in the evening. And remember, you are in the African bush, so keep your eyes peeled for wildlife in the camp!
Entumoto Toto camp
Entumoto Toto is our more affordable accommodation option. It has 2 family tents and 3 double en-suite tents, all of which are spacious and comfortable. The Toto tents are furnished in a similar fashion to the Entumoto Main tents, but they do not have views over the conservancy. However, they are located closer to the lounge and dining area, and they are still surrounded by wildlife.
All guests can enjoy the pool area, main lounge, dining area, sauna, and other common areas. However, families and small groups who wish for more privacy can use the separate lounge and dining area in Entumoto Toto.
Entumoto Wild camp
You can choose to stay in our mobile camp in the Mara Siana Conservancy. Each tent will come with comfortable beds, chairs and tables, and even a hot shower at the back of the tent. A setup of main dining area, a bar, a kitchen and toilets.
In the evening, our staff will light a nice warm fire for guests every night.
This is perfect for families with children who like camping out in the wilderness. It is also great for anyone who wants to get that little bit closer to nature and experience the Masai Mara in a truly authentic way.
Main lounge, bar, and dining area
The main guest area of the lodge consists of a sitting area, dining area, bar, fire, library, games cupboard, and veranda with views of the endless game-filled Mara Siana Conservancy. Beautifully handcrafted artifacts, bespoke antiques, lavish sofas, books, and candlelight will reminisce guests back to the heyday of the romantic classic safari.
We serve all meals in the dining area and pre-dinner drinks and snacks in the lounge. The dining area offers a fine dining experience with a focus on local cuisine.
Some of the luxury dining options available include:
1. Private dining: Enjoy a romantic dinner for two in your own private dining room.
2. Al fresco dining: Dine under the stars on the veranda overlooking the Mara Siana Conservancy.
3. Wine tasting: Pair your meal with a selection of fine wines from the lodge's cellar.
4. Culinary experiences: Take a cooking class with the lodge's chef and learn how to make traditional Kenyan dishes.

Alcoholic drinks such as beers, house wines and imported spirits are included in our all inclusive package but come at an extra cost on full board.
Breakfast consists of a full range of fruits and cereals. You may then order a cooked English breakfast of your choosing either in camp or out under a lone thorn-tree on the savannah plains.
Lunch is a lighter affair – with locally sourced produce and fresh vegetables from our private garden.
Pre-dinner drinks by the open fireplace or the pool allow us to share the adventures of the day. Sundowners are frequently served in a variety of beautiful locations around the conservancy.
Dinner is served at your convenience and is a delicious and varied 3-course meal.
All meals and drinks can be served in the privacy of your own veranda, in our dining area with a warm fire or in the bush for a more remote dining experience.
Vegetable garden
We take pride in growing many of our own sustainable fruits and vegetables in our huge ecological garden, which bears nutritious aubergines, kale, avocados, passion fruit, papaya, and mango, as well as flavorful herbs such as parsley, basil, fresh mint, and dill. We are organically minded and diet conscious. Our chefs can create delicious individual dishes for each of our guests according to dietary requirements.
Relax and rejuvenate in the Masai Mara
After a long game drive, you can book and indulge in a relaxing massage at the massage parlour, manicures and pedicures to pamper yourself. There is a pool with sun beds, a yoga terrace, and a pool house for you to enjoy at your leisure. We discourage guests to swim at night, as you never know what might join you!
Wifi/ phone signal
We have satellite broadband which allows us to offer you free WIFI in the lounge and the Safaricom signal in the camp is good for mobile phones.
Our small and secluded setting allows us to offer exclusive use of the entire camp to groups that desire complete privacy. For instance special thematic weeks will be arranged for photography, holistic yoga retreats, artists, creative writing and the like.
